Satsuko VanAntwerp is a Solutions Designer at Element AI, where she builds commercial applications of human-centred AI. Prior to Element, Satsuko co-founded a startup (InWithForward), led user research at a software design firm (Normative), and co-hosted an AI meetup (Design+AI). Her current focus is on explainable AI models and the social impacts of AI.
