Carole is a litigator at McCarthy Tétrault. She is the firm lead on artificial intelligence and an active member of the firm’s Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Management group. She co-authored the firm’s White Paper entitled “From Chatbots to Self-Driving Cars: The Legal Risks of Adopting Artificial Intelligence in Your Business”, and regularly writes and speaks on the topic of AI and the law.
