What should I wear at the event?
We recommend casual and comfortable clothes. Startupfest takes place during Montreal summers, where temperatures and humidity can soar. We suggest keeping it casual; shorts, jeans, and T-shirts. A good part of the venue is outdoors and on grass, so we suggest you don’t wear heels! Expect it to be a bit cooler at night so we recommend bringing a sweater or an extra layer.
Make sure to check out the weather forecast: rain or shine, Startupfest is on!
I’d like to promote Startupfest online. Could I get your logo and some info?
We have a Media Kit page complete with a history, a one liner and different logo layouts. Check it out, here!
What are Startupfest’s COVID-19 safety protocols?
We will be following the provincial COVID-19 health and safety laws. We highly recommend wearing a mask, especially when indoors, and using the available sanitization stations around the event. Please refer to our COVID-19 policy for more information.
How do I report a Code of Conduct violation?
We invite all staff, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, partners and attendees to become familiar with our Code of Conduct.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference team immediately. At physical events, conference team members will be wearing Team badges and distinctive T-shirts. For virtual events, please message us.
